Wired article. I'm not sure how viable this all is, but they say it's an attempt to get people to be green with their purchasing power.
And yes, that's the inner tube dress to the left. I don't know about you, but it still kinda looks like an inner tube to me. A
bigger gal could really sell the resemblance, I think.
